Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Microservicex Digital enrollments confirmed by invoice or written order. Informational prices on this website do not create a purchase by themselves.

Timeframe

For live Mesh Observatory cohorts, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the first live session, or within 14 days of payment if the first session has not yet occurred — whichever is earlier. Self-paced Trace Lab purchases may be refunded within 14 days of payment if less than 20% of recorded workshops have been accessed.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds are issued when eligibility criteria above are met. Partial refunds (typically 50% of fees paid) may be offered if you withdraw after the first live session but before the third, at our discretion and subject to seat transfer rules. After the third session, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Custom Platform Guild discovery workshops that have already been delivered, third-party exam fees, and rush localization work are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refund process

Email [email protected] with your full name, enrollment reference, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Bank wires may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.

Cancellation by Microservicex Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

We may grant exceptions for documented medical or military obligations. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution; please write before disputing a charge so we can help.
